By accessing or using DeployBase's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Description of Services

DeployBase provides web hosting services, including but not limited to:

• Shared web hosting
• WordPress hosting
• Application hosting (Laravel, Node.js)
• Domain registration and management
• Email hosting
• SSL certificates
• Database hosting
• Backup services

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Host malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Send spam or unsolicited communications
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Host phishing sites or engage in fraud
• Distribute illegal content
• Engage in cryptocurrency mining
• Launch attacks against other systems
• Overload or abuse system resources

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

5. Payment Terms

• All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
• Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle
• We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed
• Prices may change with 30 days notice
• Renewal prices are the same as initial purchase prices
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• A 3-day free trial is available on all plans, no credit card required

6. Service Level Agreement

We commit to 99.9% uptime for our hosting services. If we fail to meet this commitment, you may be eligible for service credits as described in our SLA.

7. Data and Backups

• You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data
• We provide automated backups as part of certain plans
• We are not liable for data loss
• Upon account termination, data will be deleted within 30 days

8. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your content. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to host and transmit your content as necessary to provide the services. DeployBase's name, logo, and all related materials are our intellectual property.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DEPLOYBASE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DeployBase and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• Your payment is overdue
• Your usage negatively impacts other customers
• Required by law or legal process

You may cancel your account at any time through your dashboard or by contacting support.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
